With quick, swift movements the young tom managed to make his way through the little growth there was in his own territory. Stubborn as he was, he left the border patrol that he was on, claiming to have found a faster way through their own territory. Instead he found an unknown scent, not belonging to any clan he knew.
Fur bristling and tail puffed up, he decided to stay low, his black pelt protecting him from being seen as soon as the other she-cat came in view. Only the slightest hiss left his jaws as he watched her stalk prey. Shadowclan's prey. He would get that cat, only as soon as the mouse would be dead, giving him enough evidence to kill her if he'd like to, not that he'd have the strength.
"I, Tumblepaw of shadowclan, will get this filthy cat."
-
Movement. The young tom heard the familiar ground make strange noises. He knew the cat didn't belong to his clan, as no familiar scent was carried on the breeze, and neither would any cat of his clan make so much noise when they were out. The noise managed to scare his own prey away, making the apprentice hiss softly in annoyance.
He got up from his hunting crawl, only to follow the noise that was made. He knew the scent. Thunderclan. No. Not completely. The cat had passed through tunderclan territory, and that would be it. Fast as the apprentice was, he predicted the movement of the cat, only to barrel right into him, serving his name right.
"Who are you and how dare you invade our territory! You belong with those filthy cats from Thunderclan, no? I knew they were planning an invasion!"
-
The young tom jumped around the nursery, only to slip through a tight hole, making his escape from the Thunderclan camp. He felt overjoyed, he would really be a brave warrior now that he is able to hunt. His brown fur kept him pretty covered in the growth, as Woodkit scented the air for any prey. He was about 5 moons old and couldn't wait to finally be an apprentice! All was well, until a noise from close by was to be heard.
Who was there?
-
The young tom heard voices, only to follow them, catching the tom and she-cat with his sharp eyes. He was still young and would be an apprentice if he would live the clan life, but He was lucky not to live that life... Anymore.
With a few swift steps the gray tom walked up to the two older cats, giving both a slight nod in greeting. He had prepared himself for the move, but now that he was prepared enough, he could use some company.
"Hello? I hope that I do not interrupt anything if I join in this conversation?"
-
The kit arched his back, an hiss leaving past his teeth, which didn't sound as threatening as he wanted it to sound. With a lash of his paw he made sure, or tried to, keep the invader have his distance.
"Stay away from me! You are no Thunderclan! I'm a real warrior, don't touch me! And leave the kit alone!"

Woodkit of Thunderclan
The young tom struggled to regain his feet to the ground, a soft growl escaping from behind his teeth once more.
"I demand you set me down at once! And you are no clan leader! You are no star! Let me go!" With a louder voice the kit continued to scream and yelp for help, calling out to the few cats he had met during the time of his short life, to the clan leader and to his mother.
"Mom! Help me! Anyone! I'm being catnapped!"

Woodkit of Thunderclan
The kit had once again managed to escape the nursery, and being only half a moon away from being an apprentice, he thought himself ready for such things as trying to hunt by yourself. The kit had a sister, one that always shone brighter than he did, one that could do everything better. But today would be the day that he'd prove them all wrong. He would be better than his sister for the first time. If he could just bring one piece of prey back to the camp, his mother would be proud of him and surely would let him go out alone more often.
He knew that the patrol was out, and he tried to stay out of their way for as much as possible, until the scent of rabbit crossed his path. The scent was fresh and reminded him of the few times he had eaten this animal, as they were very fast and could be hard to catch. A rabbit... How proud would everyone be if he managed to bring one home! Excited, the kit started following the trail, hoping to come across his prey soonly.

Woodkit of Thunderclan
The kit was terrified, but clearly one of the oldest ones around. He carefully sniffed the air, only to find not a single scent that he could recognize. He missed the warm scents that hung in the nursery, he missed the feeling of his sister next to him, he even missed the other she-cats that were always busy bossing him around and ordering him to chat with the elders.
"Where am I? I want to go home!"

-
"Talon." Turning to the other tom, he added "I've seen you around, Aroki. Never really got the chance to approach you though." The tom kept silent, sitting down and curling his thin, long tail around his short paws, some fluffy fur still between his small toes as he eyed as well the tom as the she-cat.

Woodkit of Thunderclan
Woodkit growled, hopping in front of the smaller kits who'se names he didn't even catch. His fangs were bared and tail was flicking as he looked at each of the two bigger cats. With a loud hiss he signaled them to back off.
"I am Woodkit of Thunderclan! I am not to be owned by anyone! I am strong! And I will free these two kits, no matter if I know them or not!"

Tumblepaw of Shadowclan
The young shadowclan apprentice quickly sprung to his paws again, his fur ruffed up and tail lashing back and forth, trying to make his small body as big as possible.
"You still smell like those filthy cats. If you aren't one of them, why do you carry their scent?"
[/fancypost]
-
The young tom thought that he could just speak up as well during this moment of silence, his eyes still switching between the two cats and trailing off from time to time, looking for the third cat that there was spoken about in their conversation.
"I have been here since... Long story, but you can say that it's for about 3 moons only. Planning to stay with the Elite for a while though."

Tumblepaw of Shadowclan
This was his signal. The shecat seemed to walk to a place that she had in mind clearly, so she must have a place to stay. With swift, soft movements he followed her until het small den came in sight. He growled and leaped into the air, blocking her path to the nest.
[b]"Who are you? How dare you steal our prey? It belongs to us and no-one else! Who do you think you are, crossing through our boundaries like this. Some filthy kittypet, perhaps?"
[/fancypost]
-
He gave her a slight nod.
"Indeed. And it's the place I detest most right now. Clan life. I hate it with whole my heart and soul, the betrayal is too big. Never will I return there again, only if it were to take revenge for the death of my sister. It's their fault... All their fault. Is there any specific reason for you joining the Elite?"

Woodkit of Thunderclan
The kit kept following the scent, noticing the patrol had turned away from the direction he was heading. As the snakerocks came in sight, they slightly remembered the tom of the many stories the elders had told about them, but he shoved those stories to the back of his head.
Following the rabbit scent, he heard the snap of a twig, but meanwhile caught the scent of another cat that clearly wore the scent of his clan. No! The rabbit was his! He rushed forward, approaching the snakerocks even nearer, unknown of the many dangers that would be there.

Woodkit of Thunderclan
His back met the back of the cage, a painful feeling running through the tom. He let out a loud mowl in pain, only to scramble back on his feet and continue to hiss at the cat in front of him.
"Keep your paws off me! Leave me alone! Leave me!"
[/fancypost]

"So if I get this right, you are looking for a certain tom within the Elite, only to find the right punishment for him because of what happened to your mother? That's at least two things we have in common, the hate for clans and the fact that we are searching for revenge." The thought of the events that happened during his clan-life made the tom flex his claws, only to relax a moment later. He didn't care much about the impression he made, as long as they didn't see him as a threat, because he wasn't. At least, not to them.

Tumblepaw of Shadowclan
The familiar stench of Thunderclan clung in the air even sharper and stronger. Even though he hadn't met the new cat before, he knew that he was one of them.
"Well, this is our territory now. You should get back to your crowfood-eating rubbish friends before you are responsible for the next clan war." His tail flicked angrily as he saw he wasn't the most superior cat anymore, as another one of his clan had joined to back him up. Somehow, this gave him courage too. Turning back to the cat that had trespassed their territory first, his voice now less threatening as before.
"When you are an enemy of them, you're safe. That is, until we get this filthy Thunderclan cat of our territory, then we can sort things out on a more... Peaceful manner."

Woodkit of Thunderclan
The tom fell into the pool of water, face first and surprised. It was lucky for him that he had been swimming in some deeper puddles with his sister already, as he quickly made his way out of the filthy water that was up in his nose, ears and mouth. When his vision cleared, he saw a cat that he knew from his own clan. It was Chocolatepaw. With a few swift movements the tome made his way behind the assassin, already feeling tired from doing so. He wasn't used to fighting like this, he wasn't trained, he wasn't ready.

-
The tom gave an apologizing bow to all three cats.
"The name is Talon. I am sorry for not bringing it up before. I don't usually just go around and meet new people, you know? But with the carnaval coming up... And the move... Maybe making some new friends would be useful. And hello there, Mitzi!"
